We want you to love your Spiritbox style, but if you are not completely satisfied, we accept returns on unworn items with original tags within 30 days of delivery. Please note that for hygiene reasons, intimate apparel and final sale items are non-returnable.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack your items in their original packaging and attach the prepaid shipping label provided via email.
Ship It Back
Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location or schedule a pickup to send your return back to our warehouse.
Receive Your Refund
Once our team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
